Piece of bone found in pizza toppings cracks tooth

After reporting that a piece of bone in the pizza toppings chipped my teeth, Sirika called me, saying that there would no bone in the chicken, except I didn't say that it was the chicken pizza, but the meaty one instead. She went on to explain that the meat is already supplied to them, ready for use. Immediately this gives an already disgruntled customer the feeling that their word is in doubt and that the supplier is trying to avoid owning the error. At no point was Sirika apologetic towards my complaint. Having the extreme sense that she doubted that the bone was indeed found in the pizza, I asked her if she would prefer that I hand it to the health department instead, as they would send it to a lab and be able to verify its origin beyond a doubt. She immediately challenged me to do so!! Not quite the way it should be handled! I have been trying to get through to the health department for days since, but they just do not answer the calls. I called back to 10118 to verify the number and they confirmed that it's the correct number, but that it is difficult to get through, due to the high call volumes. I then called Debonairs and Sirika a dozen times since but she refuses to answer!
