False advertising

Your branches advertise 24 hours. It's the 3rd time I have been there after 2 am and they can't serve me as the system us down. Apparently they close it for a few hours. Then no offense but your branch is not 24 hours and you should remove the sign that says 24 hours. Open 24 hours means I can come anytime of the night and be served yet j have been turned away all 3 times I have been and ended up at steers who have never said sorry we close out system for 3 hours a night. RIDiCULOUS and a lost custome
