6000Hours?

Thank you for the two 3U CFL day/night () 15 watt energy saver replacements lamps but unfortunately the one lamp only lasted from 3/12/12 to 27/4/13 ( /- 1200 Hours) and the other one only from 24/8/13 to 30/8/13 ( /-240 Hours) (Hours are calculate on a average of 8 hours / day). The running hours are not close to the 6000 Hours you claim it should last?
