Waited for hours

I am a web application developer and I just would like to say, your system was pathetic today, I was waiting from 10 o'clock to get tickets. Your system not once gave me a chance to buy tickets not even get in, i tried contiguously for up to 5 hours eventually giving up. Can't believe advertise that tickets will open at 10 then you guys can't handle it. Please read up on stress testing or maybe consider cloud system. We ended with good seats but could have gotten better.
