Bone on Pizza

The pizza we ordered last night had bones on it!!! when i took a bite of the Pizza my whole tooth broke because off a hard bone that i bit into:-( i then phoned the shop and spoke to the "so called manager on duty". The "manager" wanted to give me a pizza on the house which i obviously didnt want and it was not the reason for my complaint (and seriously i couldnt even chew after my tooth was broken" when i told him i DO NOT want a free pizza he said that he will speak to his boss and him/her will call me back. It is now 08h00 the following morning and i am still waiting for a phone call!!! i had to make an emergency dentist appointment which is going to cost me and additional R500.00 for the call out... i will NEVER buy pizza there again> apart from the broken tooth the bad response from management is what ticked me off the most... Shocking to say the least
