Bad food

I generally have good service and good food from fish aways. Their slogan is "catch it fresh" Unfortunately not this time round. Their chips, rice, calamari, prawns and mussels were either cooked and frozen for a few weeks and them warmed up and over cooked. There was no taste and the rice was under cooked. The fish was dry and the crumbed prawns had shells on them. VERY disappointed. The service was extremely slow, i cant blame the staff as there was only one cashier who was taking orders and serving the tables and packing the take aways. This is not entirely fair on the staff on a friday night 7pm. I phoned the manager to complain and was left on the line for over 5min then hung up. I hope if there is ever a next time that they stick to their slogan and keep it fresh fast and sufficient as many customers would appreciate.
