Worst service a KFC ever delivered

This is the second time in less then a month that we received horrible service at KFC Melkbosstrand. They never get our order right (even though we paid for everything ordered and it is listed on the slip, we always have to go all the way back from home to get the correct order)! I recently phoned head office and they sent me a letter of how sorry they are for the inconvenience, but still the service is poor. I ordered large meals but the give u regular size chips even though u paid for upsize. They expect u to go all the way back and get the correct order. They forget to give your cold drinks, they take their time to deliver service. The previous time they gave me zinger fillets on the boxmasters after I repeated myself loudly that I wanted normal fillets. We got home late that night, we were hungry and had to eat what they packed. As im pregnant I cant eat spicy foods at the moment, I suffered the entire night with the worst heartburn ever. I see so many people waiting in the line or waiting for food shaking their heads, because the wait is forever and then u get wrong orders or the dont pack everything. If other KFC branches WITH drive thru's can manage getting orders right and
