Poor service an pathetic bugers

I went to your store in Midrand in church street an I firstly have to say your service is pathetic. Secondly I didnt know I will regret the so called big mac burgers I bought. The burgers only had sauce an patties on. I wonder why didnt I go to steers to buy a king steer. I am totally disgusted with the service I have received an I will write this on twitter an facebook as I have quite a number of followers who can also spread the word.
