Worst King steers burgers eve

We visited Steers Meyersdall Mall Friday evening and ordered 2 king steer burger meals. The patties were undercooked, ice cold (as if it was prepared hours before and kept somewhere) hardly any sauce on the burgers - it tasted absolutely horrible. My husband has an upset stomach the whole weekend - so now I can just wonder why???
