In July 2013, we procured a U-print laser from JG Electronics. Subsequently, our technicians attended training on how to operate the machine. Upon this training, we took delivery of the machine, installed it and started on an order to brand aluminium flasks for Netball SA. After 2 weeks operating the machine, and a successful run of the first 70 branded masks, the machine started giving an error code: Fatal Error 134, which rendered in unable to operate.

The machine was then taken into JG Electronics, where a diagnosis was carried out. The laser was identified to be faulty. The machine has been with JG Electronics for 3 weeks, and we have been informed that it will take a further 3 weeks for the replacement part to be delivered and installed.

Because we still have the outstanding order to honour, we pleaded with JG Electronics to help us with either a courtesy machine, or usage of their machine to complete the order. They have refused.

In the ensuing pursuit to get the machine operational again, they claim to have advised us not to buy that specific machine as it is reputed to be problematic. We are very enraged at the awful customer service we received. Please assist.
