INCOMPETENT STAFF MEMBERS

The management of this outlet must look into this matter seriously... what happened to the customer is always right.

Last week i happened to go buy food at this outlet but i can confirm that only one teller serviced people... while a number of others stayt idle and laugh and make jokes amongst themselves. After waiting for me to be serviced, i can tell its very unhygienic for your food to be put under the drawer and you get it on the other side... i beileve i have seen that other outlets dont have big glassses between the customer and the cashier and it makes sence so that you can get your food straight to you instead of being done like in that branch.

I finished my meal... later i asked for water to drink... and one of the patrons sent me to ask the cashiers downstairs whilst she was just seating and doing nothing... now downstairs... i have been sent from pillar to post... these unproductive patrons told me customers dont have the previledge to have water and they must go and drink from the water basin next to the toilets... HEHEHEHE... are you kidding me...???

Well i left and wont ever go to that branch...
