Thumbs Up on the Great Management of the Branch

Yesterday (10/03/2013), I had the priviledge to have supper at the Nandos in Malvern and I was totally overwhelmed at the management skills as well as customer service. One of the best treatments recieved compared to the other Branches. Greeted with a smile and bidded farewel with a smile and blessing. Managers took time to thank their staff on their departure at the end of their shift, one of the Managers bid farewell to the patrons as he finished his shift, Managers checked on patrons ever so often, waiters and waitresses pleasant and welcoming. The food even arrived in under 15min of been seated. food safety and customer service was excellent. Totally a thumbs up for the great service. well done guys (P.S i work in the food industry especially with ISO, SABS and other food laws, So i know exactly wats expected in the Food Industry) :)
