No customer service, standards gone down

This morning i decided to go to spur for my favroute spur breakfast, but was utterly so disguted. i orderd breakfast and a breakfast juice and a big glass off water with lemon and ice as i allways do, and they said sorry but i have to pay R5 for a glass of tap water, i orderd food and drinks like i always do, but i drink about 3-5 liter off water a day, no matter where i go, whatever i eat or drink, i always orderd water on the side.so already im upset, then my bacon was burnt so i send it back, and they brought me not burnt bacon, as i took a bite of the toast, my tooth broke completely as it was so hard and cold, i complaint by management and they just lookted at me saying nothing, no sorry, nothing, spur jeffreysbays standards has gone down, really, and i am a mother of 2children who loves the spur, but with service like that, we the customers pay their salary, without us they have no job no salary and thats they way they treat the customer this is about the 4th incident, the management just dont care. the worst they just pull up their shoulders and not care. no sorry for inconvience no nothing.
