What time do you close excatly?

Hie .am a friendly customer who cares about other people's safety .i arrived at spur grey owl for a phone call order at around 7pm last night, picked up my food and left but forgot something behind .went back around 8pm again to pick it up. After a couple of hours at home my wife and i decided to go out for a drink around 12am, we left that time passed by a friends work place for him as well but what surprised me was when we returned, we used the same way passing by again but i saw grey owl waiters still in the shop just standing around that was around 2:30am .i do own a restaurant but i don' t keep my stuff until2:30am, how would you feel if these waiters were in your position and you a waiter and you knock off at 3am and you supposed to open the shop at 8am, do you get enough rest after a long run on the floor for the morning shift? PLEASE I DON'T MEAN TO BE RUDE ON THIS 1 BUT AS MANAGERS YOU SHOULD THINK ABOUT YOUR STUFF'S SAFETY EVEN IF THEY ARE THE ONES WHO CAME TO YOU LOOKING FOR A JOB . GIVE THEM TIME TO REST FOR THEM TO BE FRESH, HAPPY TOMORROW.i would like to know if i should forward this to the owner himself.
