Almost 2 hours for a collection orde

Phoned yesterday at 1:15 for a collection order. I ordered 2 x quarter chicken, chicken wings and chips, coleslaw and spinach. Spinach was out of stock (unbelieveable). Going to collect it at just after two, they didnt even start making it. I left the store just before 3 with my order. The manager was explaining it was very busy, which i dont think is my problem if they cant cope and short staffed. It was a collection order, thats why i phoned, not to go there and stiil sit a hour and wait. Got home, put food away for supper till my husband came. As we sit down and start eating, we realise that all the chicken is still raw inside? Enough to make us sick. I have taken photos, wich it looks absolutely revolting. Nandos is not the cheapest franchise to purchase from, but if it comes with no service and bad quality food like this, its a big No? Would like you to see these photos, it will make you wonder how a store can be loosing business because of wrong staff. Discusting?
