WORST SERVICE

We are vegetarian eating people that went to Primi Piatti at the Gateway centre, ordered of meals as take out, we got home and sat for supper only to realise that one of the dishes we ordered was in fact Chicken, we then drove back to the store to query, when the Owner had serviced us and was very Rude from the start, we had screamed at myself and my wife stating that she is the owner and there is nothing we can do. We at no stage asked for a refund non another meal we just drove back to inform them that the order was a mix up. She informed us that we ordered a chicken dish, when i explained to the owner that if you are a vegetarian person, why would one order a chicken dish. We did not understand the menu and asked the sales lady twice if the dishes we order are 100% veggies. The ownder Melody Burnard just raised her voice like she had no education, and told us to go to and do what ever we want and she quoted "I;m tired of people likeyou". I find this kind of behaviour appalling especially if she was the owner.
