Chicken Found in a Vegetarian Dish

On the 24th September at around 13:15pm I went to Nandos Northmead with my family to have lunch. We entered the establishment and sat at a table. We are on our holy fast where we do not eat meat. The reason why we went to Nandos was because they offer a vegetarian menu. The trainee waitress came and took our order. We ordered 2 of the vegetarian meals for my wife and I and we wanted it with a bit of hot sauce. A few minutes later she comes back and told us that chef cannot add any hot sauce from the kitchen as they will run out of the sauce of which I found to be ridiculous. I told her that it was fine and to leave out the hot sauce. Upon receiving the vegetarian meals, we were totally disgusted; as we found a piece of Chicken fillet in my wife's plate of food. We called the manager, Cleo, and explained to her the situation, and all she could say was that she was sorry, and could offer us another plate of food and she would speak to the chef. I would like this issue to be addressed and would like someone to contact me as I have just broken my fast because of this incident. I am actually considering taking this to the papers, as I am certain that this has happened to others before
