No food at drive thru

We arrived at the 24 hour drive through at 22h02, waited for 15 minutes and when we got to the counter we were told that there no strips, no potatoes, tomatoes, juice. They only have meat which will be ready in 20 minutes time. We were still charged the full amount even though the meal didn't have everything.
