Poor/ unethical service

Went to kfc to buy food with my mother, however i needed the toilet as I'm highly expectant.
the security guard asked Amanda for the key 3 times, she refused and said she wants to see the slip as proof that i bought a meal, i confirmed that my mother is in the line to buy, il show her the slip after. she refused again (with attitude) i asked her to call her manager (socks malaka) who was also not of help and didn't seem to care that I'm pregnant and i needed the toilet. he also said he wants a slip as its KFC rule...

I'm disgusted by the service i received.
