No refund for uncooked burger patty

Me and my fiance both ordered burgers at the Steers in the Springs Avenues and they both came back with undercooked patties. As paying customers we asked for our money back but did we get the shock of our lives. We where refused our refund cause I had finished all my chips, instead we were offered takeaways, which we refused (Like we wanted to play Russian roulette with our lives). As an apology for being served undercooked pink meat, endangering both our lives and the life of our unborn baby we were offered ICE CREAM. ICE CREAM in exchange for spending close to R120 on undercooked food.
Never again will I be seen there. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE TO MATCH THEIR BAD FOOD.
