Ribster meal, No patty. Thank you

Well usually it would be that I complement Steers for providing nice food, and the promos are usually priced very well, so We visit steers quite a bit.
This morning, I decided, I am in the mood for steers, and I decided on the Ribster burger promo (Ribster burger, Rib Patty Beef Patty Medium Chips for R39.90) I placed my order, and asked teh cashier to upsize my chips to a large @ R9 extra, this is a bargain for the hungry.
Well I got home, and started enjoying my meal. Took a byte of the burger, and realized that the beef patty is missing. How does an order for a ribster turn in to a normal rib burger? If I didn't live as far away, I would have gone back and demanded my money back.

It is always so easy to compliment this branch as the food is always good and the service is acceptable, but after this last two weeks, i am starting to doubt my trust.
