Ocean Basket
Worst service

On 2/7/13 we went to ocean Basket to buy food, there were customers and we joined them to my suprise all the people were served and even those who came after us and when we put this to their attention they just took 3 minutes to take our order and bring the food and when we started eating we realised that we are eating a raw food and some of it there were stil icy on the prawns and fish, we brought this to the attention of the waiter who called the manager and they took back the food and recook them and brought it back to us and she said the reason why the food was icy is because they were about to close and they will only charge me the half price, when we eat the food wasnt tasty since they cooked with all the sources we put on the food, and again we spoke to the manager and she took back the food and next thing they said we must pay the bill, and to my suprise they charged me the full price. we paid the bill although the food was taken and we are very disappointed about the service we received, that next time i will think twice about going to the Ocean Basket for food.
