Shocking attitude by staff

Good Day

I was at KFC Wetton last night at 9:30pm. After the service whereby the cashier screamed at a client in the store in front of everyone. Our order was taken, we waited for 40 minutes for our food as they apparently pack away at 9:30 already
Our order was completely messed up, there was no ice in the strawberry surprise nor was there lemon. We ordered burgers and this was completely utterly in shambles. We ordered avalanches and even this was completely melted. The manager that was there was scared of her own staff. To top this off the security chased people up that were busy eating.
Utterly disgusted with the service.
