Once again Dros-Stellenbosch fails to delive

On Saturday 23rd February my partner & I decide to go have the schnitzel special at Dros. We get greeted by an unenthusiastic waiter and get seated. I immediately place the order consisting of two chicken schnitzel's and a beer. After sitting and waiting for 45 minutes without any feedback or check ups from our waiter I patiently get up and decide that SPUR or Cubana would offer better service and decide to leave. On the way out I wait at the entrance for a manager or waiter to address and to confirm that we will be leaving, not stressing or showing my frustration. After 2 minutes the manager shows up, I inform him we have been waiting for 45 minutes and we will be leaving, he assures me the food will be ready in the next 10 minutes, I decline and leave.
