Sale of decaying food

I purchased a family meal from nandos springfield only to find out that grilled mielies supplied with meal was decayed to such a point, that the smell alone was enough to put any patron of nandos meals for an entire lifetime.i cant understand as to how kitchen staff were unable to detect such products used in preparation of meal .i could safely advise that no standards have been adhered to when preparing meals at such store, the controll procedures if any are obselate or are not being carried out to detect such decaying items that make up a meal.i wonder what else goes on behind those kitchen doors, i would say that patrons rather be safe and not consume meals from nandos springfield.
