Don't waste your time at Blue Route KFC

Yesterday I went to Blue Route Mall and stopped at the KFC for take aways. I ordered 2 colonel burger meals as my husband had to go to work at 6pm. When I got home at about 16:30 we sat down to eat. The food was terrible!!! The chicken was tasteless, the tomoto was old and the lettuce was brown with chuncky pieces. It was really disgusting. I logged a complaint with your customer care line. I spoke to Natasha and needless to say I am still waiting for my sms she claimed would come through and I have still not received any call from the manager. Because my husband had to go to work at 6pm I quicky went to the KFC up the road from us (Capricorn) and ordered 2 colonal burgers. These burgers by far were extremely fresh. I have taken photos of both burgers so you can clearly see the difference. This is the second time we have been to Blue Route Mall KFC and both times now we have had issues - this is definately the last time I waste my time and money there. I want someone to call me asap, I have photos of the burgers, receipts of my purchases and I still have the half eaten burgers from Blue Route Mall!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK TODAY!!!
