Waiting on Pickup request for 2 days now

We are a long time Fedex account customer, and do international shipments, I requested a pickup of two pallets from a location in Montreal, Canada for delivery to Curacao, I have been waiting for two days for fedex to actually pickup the equipment, and Floyd, the person who seems to be dealing with this, cannot organise that, refuses to respond to emails or return calls, is completely inept and called me asking where the parcel must be picked up, after I sent the required documentation, as well as an email trail a week deep getting quotes for that location.

I'm SO upset, we have planned an international trip to meet the goods, and now Fedex South Africa have wasted two days and interefered with our schedule.

I'm still waiting for a response on pickup, and it seems Floyd, and two other Fedex Employee's who are CC'ed in on ALL communication just dont care about even doing the bare minimum of their job requirement.

This is a R30, 000 shipping order, not a small amount of money, and I can safely say that UPS now has my business.

Disgusted in the sheer ineptitude, stupidity and lacklustre approach of Fedex SA.
