Don't Use Delivery Extreme - Use Mr. Delivery!!

Delivery Extreme has a no care attitude towards customers, they don't complete orders, they don't notify customers of problems with orders, the call centre agents barely understands English so they can't process the correct orders. Weak service! We had to phone back 45min after placing our order, only to hear that the order hasn't even been completed with the restaurant.
Weak service, weak attitude and as I read through the other complaints, they should change their response status as a business without an interest in customer feedback shouldn't be in the services industry!

DON'T use Delivery Extreme, use Mr. Delivery!
