Efficient and delicious

McD's cheese burgers have been a reliable taste for years. That's why I was so shocked when two I bought at Green Point were horrific. Accordingly, I filed an online complaint.

To their credit, restaurant manager Brandon Barrows responded quickly and sincerely. He tried to reach me on the phone and when he couldn't, he emailed me a very professional and impressive response.

Thanks to him, my partner and I headed off to the restaurant and had a glorious South African Burger each. Even my partner -- not a big McD's burger fan -- was hugely impressed.

What's left to say but fantastic customer service and delectable fare!
