24 Hour Drive Thru

What is the meaning of a 24 hour drive thru? McDonald Soweto Diepkloof Square clearly doesn't know what that is. Last night at around 2pm we went there to by food and when we asked for toilets and a place to eat we were told that we couldn't eat there nor use their bathrooms. Please note that McDonald's Southgate Mall ate offers the same facilitates where we can eat and use the bathroom. What is wrong with restaurants in Soweto treating us like we don't know the meaning of a 24 hours drive thru. I'm very disappointed.
