HAIR IN MY BURGER

I went to Steers in Meyersdal on 8 February 2013. I bought a King Steer Burger combo. On arriving back home and after eating about three quarters of the burger, I discovered a hair (a long blond hair) in my burger. I took what was left of the burger on the plate on which I dished up as wellas the blond hair back to the take-a-way restaurant.

I spoke to the manager and he immediately siad that he had no blond lady working there. I asked him if I looked blond and on top of it with long hair, to him.

He started saying that he cannot be responsible for this. I said to him that as the manager of the establishment he is responsible for everything that leaves the restaurant.

I informed him that I will lodge a complaint with Hello [URL Removed] and he said that I must do as I see fit.

He took down my details and said that this is a matter for Head Office to sort out.

I am not impressed in finding hair in my food. Blond or not.
