Worst attitude and management

On Tuesday 24 Sept. (Heritage day) we stopped at Dros Montana for a late lunch. My son was playing in their play area and made his way onto the trampoline, he went to the corner and fell through a huge hole in the springs. Now I understand that when kids play it is at risk but what me off was that there was no supervision at the play area, the management was nowhere to be found. The one manager was at the bar watching sports and the other was lounging on the couch playing with her phone. After I had to go looking for them to report the incident they just carried the matter as if it was not of any importance to them. They just covered the hole and carried on as if nothing happened, not even so much as an apology for the incident. I am apauled and now understand why the franchise is dying... worst service I ever experienced!
