Urine and Rat Fecies in play area

My 4 year old climbed up into the play area, in one of those plastic constructions with the pipes. When he got to the top he started crying and I couldn't get him to come down so I had to climb up. I found numerous collections of rat droppings along the way but at the top I found him sitting in a huge puddle of urine. (No not his own). evidently there was a big pool in the bottom of a ball shaped room and he fell right into it.
I called the manager who simply said that he will ask the owner to send someone from maintenance to come and clean it.
I can't understand how you can have a play area like this for kids and your own staff don't even clean it, they have to call for the owner to send someone to come clean it!
