Not willing to take orde

I wanted to order a take away for delivery tonight.
I tried phoning for about half an hour but the phone was constantly engaged. When I phoned fishaways next door I was put on hold and not helped after that.

When I eventually got through to them at 19:42 the lady was unwilling to take my order as it was too late.
Only after I spoke to the manager and explained why I was phoning so late did I eventually manage to put through my order.
I would like to thank the manager who helped me but think it is very unfortunate that I had to be dealt with like a child before my order was taken.
