Poor service

I ask the manager is this the type of burgers u sell to your customers. She tells me nothing is wrong with it. The burger i bought today left a bad taste in my mouth an poor customer service from a manager. Who said she doesnt care if i report it to head office. While i also had to wait for 20min to receive my food she was standing entertaining her boyfriend at the counter. I see customers is also last as she said in front of them i can report as she doesnt care.
