No sale - Bad service

Apparently Steers do not sell Burgers and chips. Was there to buy and everyday awesome meal, was told that it no longer comes with a soda but now with a milkshake. I am not interested in a milkshake and asked the lady for just a burger and chips the same burger as in everyday awesome meal just without the milkshake. I was told that she can not sell that to me it is only available in a meal.

I find it hard to believe that a place that sells burgers can not sell you a burger and chips, after asking her again "Can i just have a burger and chips? No sir it has to be a combo. That to me is ridiculous. I proceed to wait until i could leave the drivethru and drive less than 10meters to KFC where they actually just sell Burgers and chips to you if thats what you want.

Extremely disappointed in Steers not training their staff properly and i doubt that i will be buying there soon again, i was not prepared to argue with a sales person over a burger and chips, and how they can and can not sell food that they specialise in.
