Long wait for poor quality food

We visited Sun City 0n 6 Oct 2013. ordered food at Steers in the entertainment centre. After 35 min of waiting I sent my son to check on our order. Got no response. 5 min later I went to the counter and demanded to talk to a manager. Is was directed to Something Fishy next door. Got the manager there. She suggested I get the details. I refused and demanded she sort it out. At that stage I phoned the customer care line and reported the poor service. Another couple was having the same problem with there order given before ours. Eventually, 45 min after we ordered we got our poor burgers and soggy chips. Was contacted by Famous Brands and they got the store manager to contact me. On 18 Oct 2013 I was contacted again, with a solution: They will give me 10% discount on my next purchase. The fact that I live over 100km from Sun City did not worry them. Poor service and pathetic food.
