The cashier at the Hermanus 2 outlet on Sunday 22 September 2013 was absolutely appalling in his customer service levels. I am a KFC addict and I know the KFC as an international chain will not operate under such a shoddy level of customer service.

we were served by Ayanda & Another Cashier, we ordered a zinger meal and instead of the price displayed on the board of R38.90 we were over charged as the cashier decided to upsize our meal on his own.

When we requested the over charge money back, the cashier just rudely grabbed the Receipts. He acted as if he was doing us a great favor, added to that ridiculous service the food took over 18minutes . when we questioned about that we were ignored.

as we ordered meals we required Straws with the drinks, so after we got to the table we had to go back and ask for one, when we requested a straw the cashier replies by saying "you should have asked for one" the he gives me a Thick Krushers Straw, so i asked for a normal one and he says "we dont have".

Worst of all he pretended that we were incorrect and everything was our fault and the cherry on the top "No Apology From Anyone" only received looks.
