Bad attitude in response to my complaint

On 21/09/2013 I ordered a Cheese Prego at Galito's Nelspruit Plaza (Order No 33). I was unable to eat this as it was so dry (no sauces) that i almost choked. My colleague witnessed this. I called Jerry @ Galito's, who came to my workplace (same complex), but was not happy with his attitude. He was extremely condescending & just unprofessional &unperturbed. What a poor show of professionalism & service!
