Had dinner with family, ordered breakfasts and added on alot of extras, the breakfasts were on a board that was on the table display. but the exact product and price is on the menu as well, so there is no saviing whatsoever. we have a loyalty card with the store which we have been using for some time, whilst waiting for the owner to write in the amount and sign, which he always does at the back of the store (strange) the cashier returned to say that he wont sign the loyalty card as we had specials! there is no where on the card that states this, how pathetic. we tore the card up and he appeared and we said that we wont ever come back to maxis based on that. he just stood there and smiled at us, and said "alright bye". unbelievable after all the support we give him, i will tell everyone i know about his store and to stay away. i cant believe that this is what represents Maxis, i expect an answer from head office and feed back on this store.
