Good day

I would like to lay a formal complaint about the manager and service received at your branch at the Brits mall. My Daughter was playing in the play area and when she was on her way back to our table a waiting had smacked his tray into my child's head. And the only thing the manager did was send a waiter over with a plaster he didn't even bother to come over himself to see what happened. My child needed stitches. I am disgusted and disappoint with the service received from this branch.
