Ocean basket staff drop glass on my child

After waiting almost 30min for our today, the waiter as walking by with a tray full of dirty plates and glass drops the tray on the head of my 7 year old daughter while she is sitting at her table. The glass breaks on her head, fortunately there were no big pieces of glass In her head. It took the manager 5 min to come to the scene, and all he could say was he is sorry, they very busy and are having a bad day. Not once did he ask how the child was who was obviously crying with pain or offer to take her to a dr or anything of that sort.
