Assaulted at cappello

I was assaulted by the management, staff and bouncers at cappello in hatfeild square. I refused to pay for a drink that the waiter spilt in my lap. When I asked to see the manager a fat man and 2 bouncers grabbed me by the throat, ripped my shirt, broke my glasses and threw me out the venue. While I was being thrown out, my wife was struck by one of the waiters. I was also threatened by the manager that he would shoot me. Absolutely disgusted by the gangster mentally and that exists in hatfeild. The next day I phoned head office at cappello where my call was addressed by an named Marco who proceeded to ask me for all the details as well as my reciept in an email. He then proceeded to do nothing and has done nothing since. I have since spoken to lawyers and was told that I should have reported the incident to the police immediately so that it could be pursued in criminal court. Unfortunately I trusted Marco's word that he would address it. Nothing has happened i'm sure. So please if anything similar happens to someone else, please go to the police and I would be more than happy to testify in court about what the disgusting people at Cappellos did to me.
