Old stale pizza bread manager does not even show

Sunday, sept 15, around 18h00, took family for pizza at Cappucinnos @ Mall at Reds Centurion. Waiter brought us a cold stale Focaccia Bread, so cold soft butter did not want to melt after spreading it. We send it back requesting a fresh one and a chat with the Manager, ChiChi, 10 minutes later, waiter, Godfrey, return with the same pizza, all dried up but a bit hotter, saying they heated the pizza and the manager is no willing to come and listen to our complaint. I refused to pay for the meal, send it back and again requested to speak to the manager. manager did not show up, clearly not interested in customer service only in the good quality money the customer produce for substandard quality food. This is a disgrace, Cappuccino's used to be good, it's slipping now and it does not care!!!
