We have just returned from a meal at Mimmo's Oakfileds, Benoni and what a disapointment. We go there for dinner often and tonight was a disaster. The last time we were there my husband ordered the new "creamy cheese" pizza and it was divine. I thought i would give it a bash tonight and what a disappointment. I could see straight away (when our waiter served us) that it was not what i ordered and i even asked my waiter (the head waiter) if it was actually a creamy cheese pizza. He assured me that it was. It was dry and horrid. We paid our bill and on the way out, i stopped to complain to the Manager and his It looked nothing like the pizza my huband had ordered two week ago. We ate, paid our bill and on the way out, i stopped to compain to the Manager and the response that we got from him was "oh really. i will have to speak to head office to see if they have changed anything". What is he on about, changing anything? Are the pizza's at Mimmo's not prepared fresh? The "managers" total lack of interest in my complaint was appalling...
