Ocean Basket
Cold food and stale bread

I had dinner with friends from overseas at the Ocean Basket in Melrose arch last night and was very disappointed. We had to send back the bread due to it being stale and cold we requested new bread which also was stale and not heated adequately. When our food arrived it was also cold despite the fact that our meals arrived at different times. The waiter was nowhere to be seen which made complaining impossible. To add insult to injury the new menu prices have increased substantially no longer making the ocean basket a "good deal". Usually I rave about the food and reasonable prices however I will now be reluctant to recommend or return to eat here again.
