Worse service ever experienced today

Today, Sunday the 15th my friend and I who have been frequenting Motherland Coffee in Rosebank since it first opened. I experienced the worse service yet, they bungled our order and took 20 minutes to get it all right.
Seriously unimpressed I think an attitude adjustment and some training.
