Good Day,

i went thru the drive thru at KFC Randpark Ridge yesterday evening at approximately 18:17 according to the till slip. i ordered a F/Treat 6Pc, when i got home the chicken was so brown that it looked black. The oil that it was fried in looked like the previous days oil and it was drenched in that old oil. i have taken pictures of this chicken and then thru the contents into the bin. The c/slaw smelt like it was going bad but the date said 10th september 2013 and time 14h00 (i wonder how true this is), we were also rashioned on the mash and gravy, there was not enough gravy.

the standards of this KFC has dropped in the past couple of months and i have had enough.
