BAD SERVICE FROM WAITER AND MANAGER

My friends and I visited DROS Gateway on 08/09/2013. It was the worst experience we had. Firstly the waiters name was"luvers" at aleast thats what the other waiters called him. When i ordered a large fanta with no ice. he brought back a can of Fanta. Then when he changed it he brought back a cream soda with ice. Luckily my friend said he will have it. Finally he brought back a fanta with two cubes in it. Everytime we tried getting hold of him, we had to tell the other waiters to call, even to order food. the food took like 45 minutes to get to us. The food was horrible. My friend 500 gram steak was 200 grams fat and 100 grams bones. My burger was tasteless and no flavour. Ending up filling it with sauce. I asked to speak to the manager. thanked me for bringing it to her attention, took down my details and said she will contact. Still waiting. The bill came to 1000 rand. You would expect great food and service.
