Stale buns, dried out chicken

Last night my husband and I picked up some Steers for a late dinner. I ordered a Prince burger (chicken). The bun was very stale and dry, and the chicken was also dry and tough! It was disgusting. My husband ordered the Wacky Wednesday special, and his buns were also very stale. We're both very disappointed and disgusted.
